OS X El Capitan Problems

Since I have installed El Capitan, I am in trouble.
Maybe I am not an expert as a Mac user, but over the years I've never had problems until El Capitan.
Some highlights:
I can't search anymore on my Notes
I can't use my hotmail e-mail account, which was associated as default e-mail address with the Mail of my MacBook Pro.
I can't use my parallels desktop, as some disk utility functions have disappeared. It requires bootcamp reinstallation, etc.

I want to switch back to OS X Yosemite, but it seems even more burden as well.....

So, I am stuck and about to throw away my MacBook Pro

I don't understand how Apple can release an OS X version with all these problems....

What's the version about your El Capitan. I'm running 10.11(15A284).

Do you mean the search feature does not work in Notes app? It works for me

For the email account, you can try to reconfigure your account in Mail app.

For the Parallels Desktop problem, I think it's a compatibility problem with El Capitan.

To do any revert operation, you should backup all your files. It's a risk to do this.

Notes search works for me as well, both within the app and via Spotlight Search.

I have an Outlook.com account, basically same as Hotmail, and that's working as well, on top of my couple of Gmail and iCloud mail account, from with Mail.

As Evren Carven said, the Parallels issue is probably due to running an old version of Parallels. Case in point, I was a long time user of VMWare Fusion, and when Yosemite came out, my three year-old version stopped working. VMware had dropped support for my version one year earlier, so, wasn't happy, but understood I had old, unsupported software. And it's not Apple's job to make sure every version of every piece of software out there still runs on their latest hw/sw. Installed VirtualBox and was back in business and was free.
