Hi! I have a question about the pb (Public beta), now Apple said "In July"... Does anybody know the EXACTLY date?

I can't download a DP, because I don't have a membership, and download it illegal is just dumb....

July is the most accurate answer you're going to get. Nobody else beside Apple knows and it also depends on how the developer betas are going as Apple isn't going to ship a bad build.

If you want a guess, then two weeks from now since betas are on 2-week schedule and the next one will be in July.

Probably the 2nd half of July. There was a very long gap between when Yosemite DP1 and Yosemite PB1 came out. If it'll be anything like last year, the PB schedule will see very long periods between releases and will become more frequent as the Fall release approaches.

seems like it's a slightly different and older build than DP beta 3 (15A216g).
