OS X Firewall doesn't block uTorrent

Hi,

I set OS X Built-in firewall to Block all incoming connections.
Despite of this uTorrent still seeds.Why?

Subquestion:

I know that depending of the needs of the people the firewall configurations can vary but my question is which is the recommended firewall configuration if i want to use iTunes, Apple TV and uTorrent only for incoming connections.All other apps should be block.Time sync and such a services are exceptions.

Possibly the torrent client is set to a random port to get through...

It has nothing to do with the firewall as it's an outgoing connection Not Incoming. To stop seeding open up Utorrent and turn off seeding in the Utorrent preferences. the only way Utorrent will continue to seed is if a file has finished downloading and you haven't removed it from the list, as soon as a torrent is removed from the list by use of the backspace button, seeding automatically stops.

Transmission allows for a 0 KB/s upload speed to stop any seeding during and for finished downloads if that is what you are after in order to not get any letter from the blood-sucking lawyer firms.
