I have Mac pro 2012 I trying to install Monterey via usb I did clean install formatted my ssd in disk utility. Entire install process would go fine but when it reaches the end it would just go back to option where I have to pick install Monterey option again it never boots in to OS X just keep installing OS X I tried different ssd same thing when I remove usab I would get circle with slash any ideas I don’t k ow what to do here thanks guys and I did have previous lates OS X on one of the ssd with open core trying to install windows on same ssd maybe I corrupted something

I did have it before before I corrupted my OS X then did full format off ssd but I still get full install completion the Mac restarts and does not boot in to new OS X but gives me options to install monetary again as you see in images
