Hey,

I own a Macbook Air 11 inch and currently running Snow Leopard. I wanted to know is that if I need to do a backup of everything to a hard drive before I do a clean install of the Lion software, or can I leave it as it is because it won't delete anything. Which one is it?

Thanks in advance

It won't delete anything, but you should probably back up in case a) something goes wrong, or b) you don't like Lion and want to roll back to SL.
