Dear early adopters,

in case you've already installed the official OS X Yosemite release today, please confirm the status of your beloved Adobe Creative Suite 6. Are you experiencing any bugs/crashes running CS6? Is it safe to upgrade to OS X Yosemite?

I am just too worried to hit the upgrade button yet.

Photoshop CS6 & Yosemite

I'm having issues where Photoshop is locking up when using the rubber stamp and spot healing tools. The only option is to force quit. Anyone else seeing this? I'm running a 27-inch, late 2009 iMac with 4GB RAM and 2.66 GHz i5. Thoughts?

I've experienced this as well. As well as some other weird rendering problems

Personally i've been using photoshop/illustrator/Premiere and adobe muse since the developers preview with no trouble. There were a few bugs in the dp, yet they've seemed to have disappeared in the public beta and now full release.
I think you should be safe to download Yosemite.

Dreamweaver CS6 very buggy

Dreamweaver CS6 crashes very often on my machine.

This happened a bit on Mavericks as well so I don't know that it is Yosemite specific, though it does seem to happen more often in Yosemite.

Finder seems a bit clunky and spinning ball alot.

That's all so far.

Can't see the point of a lot of the changes, but hey, I don't care what my operating system looks like, I use it for work, so I just need it to be stable and functional.

Cheers, Al.

Cursor

Oh and the very anoying cursor turns to "hand" when it is not supposed to (even in Finder)

Not real impressed with that.

Photoshop 6 for the most part has been fine, however it does crash when I'm working on huge files. I'm currently doing one for print, and it's about 300mbs, and Photoshop will need to be forced quit if I ignore it after awhile.

It seems to recover nicely though.

Adobe Illustrator CS6 issue on Yosemite

I have a problem: the illustrator app will not open. I get the pop-up: To open "Adobe Illustrator CS6" you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime. Click "More Info..." to visit the legacy Java SE 6 download website.
Both clicking "More Info..." and "OK" only make the pop-up disappear, but lead absolutely nowhere.
From Oracle.com I have already downloaded and installed 'jre-8u25-macosx-x64.dmg'. After install and restart i keep getting the same pop-up as before and i still can't open Ai. Any advice?

MBP 5,5 (mid 2009) 13 inch, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
