Ok first off I really love the whole "puff" thing that Mac OS X does; it's just one of those estethic things that makes using a Mac SoooOOOoo much better than a PC. I really neat idea.

answer is low and behold the Apple Newton!!! I couldn't believe it when I saw an old acquaintance from grade school today just by fluke. Funny though I only recognized him by his bright red hair and that he's still very short, LOL.
. I said to him do you remember that Newton you owned back in grade 5?? He said yes and thought how strange and amazing it was that I can remember so much from those days. So we got to talking about apple and he pointed me to a site that showed the puff thing.
here it is: The newtons puff I do hope that like works if not goto Differentdistrict.com then select movies, then newton and then click on the movie file "what is newton" and you'll see for your self in the first bit of the clip.
I wonder how many other subtle ideas from the Newton that got to the Mac? Besides Ink?
