Hopefully someone here knows what this could be about. Suddenly, in certain apps, if I press or hold the option key in Osx (High Sierra) I'm getting this red transparent bar which is always the width of the program I'm in, and sometimes the cursor will jump to the top of the window. The option key is what triggers this behavior. Any ideas?
