Hi guys,

I've been told that there is a method to make a booteable mac osx el cap flash drive in widnows using a special "disk image"

i have no idea if what i'm doing its ok or not.

i running windows10 in my pc, and i need to do a clean install of osx el cap in my mac air

i've downloaded transmac and poweriso, tried with both an none of them made a booteable version.

could you guys help me ?

You shouldn't have to do that. You can do a clean install by booting into the recovery partition on the Mac by booting while holding down the R key. Is your Mac backed up?

no, i don't have a backup, the SSD is new, and i dont undestand why if i choose to do a recovery with internet it downloads an old osx and not the latest

Internet Recovery will offer you the OS X version that your Mac came with originally.
And, after installing that, you can then update to the version that you want, through the App Store
Might not be the one-step install from scratch that you were hoping for, but it will work.
