OSX El Capitan running as slow as a snail

Hi guys, after upgrading to OSX El Capitan my MacBook Pro i7 became very slow. I am aware that the early version of OSX El Capitan's has umpteen bugs in it, especially the Mail's log thingy. I tried to open Activity Monitor and was truly gobsmacked that my RAM was fully used! It was this process name called 'AppNIB' which threw the monkey wrench on my mac. I had to execute the kill command in Terminal in order to kill that process because I don't have the faintest idea what app is it. Can anyone elucidate to me, what does this AppNIB do?

Your Activity Monitor can tell you where that AppNIB process is located.
That may give you more clue about what it is.

Malwarebytes is great, you can also quit processes from Activity Monitor. If it comes back and malwarebytes doesn't ID it you may need to use Find Any File to locate and trash it.

It indeed seems to be an adware. After running Malwarebytes, that surreptitious process has since gone from Activity Monitor. Thanks a heap!
