OSX.Keygen riskware

Started up my computer this morning (14 inch MB Pro M1, Mac OS Sonoma) and I immediately got a warning from CleanMyMacX that there was a file that could be a potential risk to my machine.

The file is called OSX.Keygen - xf*****.zip. I know 100% sure I haven't visited any dodgy sites, or anything like that.
Is this something I can delete safely ? The name 'keygen' suggests this might have something to do with pirated software but as I've said, I haven't downloaded anything of the sort...

It's a key generator for Adobe CS6, you can just delete it.

The unintended consequences of forever upgrading, using Migration Assistant or TimeMachine restores. You end up with decades old unwanted software or malware.
Make a clean install once in a while

I have an Adobe CC subscription, why would I want a key generator...

Anyway, file deleted.
