OSX Lion Server Mess!

Ok,
here's my list
1. Mini Server OSX Lion Server
2. 2 iMac's
3. Time Capsule
4. MB Air
5. MBPro
6. 2 iPad 2's
7. 4iPhones

Just installed the mini server and got my DSL Modem with 12meg pipe and dedicated IP Address. DSL is plugged into the Time Capsule and then to my switch where the server is plugged into along with ip phones and more.. But i'm trying to set it up for push, and VPN along with sharing. However I'm not getting anywhere on setting it all up... Would someone be so kind to tell me if I have it all hooked up in the proper sequence and how in the world do I get the VPN to work and set up.. Along with everything else..

12 meg pipe? Do you mean 12 Mbps connection speed?

First question would be... have you configured your Time Capsule to allow connections from the outside world through to your server? If not... that's where you need to start with port forwarding the necessary VPN ports to the internal IP address of your server.
