OSX ML dualboot windows 7

Hi I have a laptop with a core i3 processor and an intel HD GPU running windows 7 32bit and I'd like to install OSX mountain lion and be able to dual boot... how would I go about doing this? I'm relatively new to OSX

nope not apple, just a samsung, but it's got enough ram and all 2GB ect....
