OSX Numbers file not synced properly after alterations made in iOS

I have no idea what I am doing wrong but certain times my OSX numbers file (based on iCloud) is not receiving the latest alterations made in iOs on iPhone and/or iPad.
How can I make sure my files are updated for all users (MacBook, iPhone and iPad)?

I have turned off iCloud syncing already on my Macbook (M1) and turned it on an hour later but the latest alterations made in iOs are not synced properly.
