OSX Yosemite/El Capitan and Windows 10 Bootcamp

Hi everyone. I used Bootcamp to install Windows 10. I just got the invite to install El Capitan GM. Can I install this or the public release with having a Bootcamp partition without messing anything up?

Shouldn't be any problem, your Windows partition is separate from OS X.

Did it work? Mine is acting up and not letting me upgrade to the Golden Master version because of the bootcamp partition.
