I updated to 2.1 yesterday without deleting my cydia apps. I'm not sure if they got wiped out or not. When I sync to iTunes my "other" section is 1.2 gigs, is that normal? Seems like an awful lot.

I just finished Quickpwning and SSH'd and couldn't find any apps lingering. Question remains is my "other" 1.2 gigs normal.

No that's not normal. I just did a clean 2.0.2 restore + pwn + 2.1 update precisely for this reason. My iTunes now says 196MB under 'Other'.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to SSH back into the phone again and see if anything is lingering around, If I can't find anything I'll just do a clean restore too.

I've had that happen. Clean restore was the only fix for me, unfortunately. I've made such a routine out of it that I just do a clean restore with each FW update lol. "It's the only way to be sure."
