Other not able to hear me during a call.

I have a iPhone 4 wen I make or recieve a call I can gear others but they can't hear me. My microphone does work and even if I use my headset microphone others still can't hear me please help I just got this phone I treated my iPad for it and 3 days and now I'm having this problem

DFU restore as new. Also try re-seating the SIM card if you have a GSM carrier.

The mic on the phone works if you use the sound recorder app?

Try calling with a headset mic?

Check the warranty status and make an appointment if all still doesn't work after restore as new phone.

I have restore the phone I have started the phone all new and it still Dosent work even if I use headphone mic when I'm on the phone other still cant hear me but my voice memos do work so I know it's not a hardware problem. I've tried a lot of things and I took it to AT&T and they couldn't help me since I didn't buy the phone their so now idk Wat to do

Ive had a problem with my phone going on mute sometimes. Usually when people start saying, what?? I have to check to see if it muted on me.
