Otterbox Defender Case

I love this case but the 'oil spill' marks are starting to get on my nerves big time. It's due to static.

Otterbox customer service referred me to you tube video to solve the problem with baby powder.

What drives me nuts is the baby powder works but seems like I have to do it everyday.

Anyone else have this problem ?

just put an anti-glare screen protector, and it'll solve your problem. thats what I did with my otterbox case.

I tried the baby powder trick, the anti-glare screen protector trick and the skin oil trick. I found none of them satisfactory. Ultimately I cut away the screen cover from the Defender case with a razor knife. This means it's slightly less splash proof and I rely on my Powersupport crystal film to protect the display. Fine by me. It's the best balance between clarity of the screen and protection. (for me, anyway)
