Hi!

We are a small 2 people team building our own apps and games. We recently launched our first game: Square Fill.
You can checkout a presentation video here.
You can find the game on the AppStore.

Feedback is highly appreciated because we want to improve and create better and better games.

Thank you!

Hate to be so blunt, but I realise developers need to start off somewhere ...

But when I played the video, I was certainly not impressed and you’re actually charging people 0.99p to play it!

I would expect that type of game to be released back in the 90’s on a Commodore 64 not on an iOS App in this day and age.

Think you need to invest a bit more and spend time creating an app which looks good, worthy, enjoyable and addictive :)

One tip, release a game for free and see how it pans out, if it sells well then improve on it and build upon its foundations then sneak in a little in-game cost, if it doesn’t pan out then focus on a different area and idea.

Hi! Thank you for being so blunt! :)
There are games and there are games. People like different types of games we are not all the same. We tried to go for a retro look and interesting gameplay.
As for the tip regarding releasing the game for free, we will do that with our next game.

Once again, thank you for your feedback!

Wasn’t having a dig or anything just adding some constructive criticism

:)

I did a lot of games testing when I was younger, worked in QA for Grand Theft Auto / Body Harvest / APB etc in Dundee Scotland ;)

No problem, I understand. No hard feelings. I genuinely appreciate that you took the time to give us feedback. :)
