Out of Box activate problem

s I used independence to get into DFU Mode
and I start itunes and try to downgrade to 1.0.2 by choosing the firmware I downloaded(Which I used before and works fine with another iphone)
now's the problem, it holds at "waiting for iphone"
so i wait for like 15 min. but nothing happened
then I recover it, and try again like 3-4 times but never works
can anyone help me with that?

Jut use the simple one click activation, no need to downgrade to 1.0.2. The instructions are in the front page at www.iphonesimfree.com
