Outgoing Calls on iphone 6 being received as "Unknown Caller"

Hi All,

Recently, when I call out from my iphone to a landline, I get a recording that the user doesnt accept unknown callers, and to 'push 2 to record my name for the caller, etc'.

I have been calling this same number (happens to be my mom) for years with this number and never had an issue. All of the sudden it started.

I checked all my phone settings and they were fine.

I tried resetting my network settings a few times, and sporadically had a few instances where the call went through without issue. So lost.

Anyone else have any issues like this?

This is probably an issue with you phone service provider. You should call or do an online chat with them.

Check your iPhone setting on user ID. If it's set to suppress ID, the callee sees Unkown User.
