Outgoing Mac Mail Not Working

I can receive mail, but can't send mail. I've tried making some changes including changing the password in both Yahoo Mail and Mac Mail, but it still doesn't work. I will include screen shots. I don't care if the whole world has my email address. I just want this fixed. Please help. Thank You.

You have smtp.mail.yahoo.com which looks correct, have you set Port to 465 or 587? Also Requires SSD to YES and Requires authentication to YES.

Anyone know how I can get my view screen back on emails? I keep hitting the dot but no luck.

Well I have done that and it is STILL not working, about fedup with Apple at this point, total POS OS. My iPhone works fine on both incoming and outgoing by the way.

Which version of macOS is having this issue? Are there any other SMTP servers in the SMTP Server List? Do you have iCloud Keychain syncing enabled? Do you have rogue/old entries for Yahoo in Keychain?
