Hi,
I've got an issue with Outlook 2016 and my exchange server.
Outlook's account configuration regularly changes to a "server.exchange.local" address, instead of my real exchange server address (which prevent outlook from connecting to the server...) I then have to change the account configuration to put the right address back in place.
It appears that when I configure the account (supposing I deleted it), the autoconfiguration doesn't work, outlook is not able to find the server by itself.
I checked the DNS configuration of my domain, and I have a proper SRV record with _autodiscover._tcp, perfectly configured. And by the way, Microsoft connectivity test (https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/) works fine with my server.
Does someone have the same issue ?
Do you know if it's possible to prevent outlook from checking potentiel exchange server changes at launch?
thanks a lot.
