outlook 2016 for Mac isn't letting me log in with my outlook ID.

Syncing from server for outlook has quit. It say invalid user in outlook but is a valid user in MS. Having a problem with 2 laptops

Is it still a problem?
Have you tried opening www.office.com, entering your details and checking that they are fully correct?
Have you tried deleting the Outlook account from your Mac settings and re-adding it?

It is working. I had to remove it and download install. I was a happy camper when it downloaded.
