I've noticed some strange Outlook behavior on my MacBook running 10.13.6 today: it is causing between 100 and 150 % CPU load constantly. First I was running 16.27 and installed 16.28 via AutoUpdate later on to no avail. As soon as I start Outlook 2019 it sits happily at 100-150% CPU load without doing anything. This even continues when I set it to work offline.

I have two accounts configured, one Exchange account and one outlook.com account. I have the exact same setup on my iMac (same OS, same patch level, same version of Office 2019) and no issues whatsoever. I am thus guessing this is profile-related. Is there any way to launch Outlook for Mac in safe mode? I couldn't find anything online and none of the modifier keys (command, alt/option, shift) seem to do affect Outlook in any way.
