Outlook 365 Hyperlinks

I have Outlook 365, version 16.38. I've recently noticed that clicking on a hyperlink in an email no longer does anything. I've changed the default web app from Chrome to Safari, tried again, did not work. I've verified that Chrome is up to date & changed back to Chrome with no change. I can't find any setting in Outlook or in System Preferences that has anything to do with hyperlinks. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Be aware that 16.38 isn't a release version, it's one of the "Insider" (a.k.a. beta) releases. You'd probably be better going back to 16.37, which is the latest released.
