Hi

I am using Outlook 365 and current Mailbox Size is at 90GB

1. Can i split the mailbox year wise and attach to outlook? The way we do with .pst in windows
2. If the above is not possible then how do i manage the Mailbox size?

Please advice

The only thing you really can do is configure Outlook to download headers only instead of the entire message. Outlook for Mac doesn't support offline PST archives.

I have Office 365 for Excel and Word, I tried Outlook and it is nothing like the Windows version. I loved the PST files and the ability to have one for each of my email addresses.

Thank you, Just wanted to know is there any limit in mac outlook size similar to .pst file which is 50gb?

I am not aware of any limits, no. Outlook for Mac keeps separate files per email when downloaded - the content itself, an index, attachments, etc. Imposing a limit wouldn't make any sense.

According to this not-very-detailed post there aren't limits in macOS:
