Hi! I want to add my Work Office 365 account on my iPhone. My two options are:

1. The Microsoft Outlook app
2. Adding the account in System Settings for Mail, Calendar etc.

The question is, which of the two options drains less battery?

Thanks!

I’ve found the outlook app to be more efficient and with the iOS 13 mail issues thus far it’s been more reliable as well.

I think they are equivalent re battery but outlook is way better mail app, particularly if you are on exchange. I also like keeping separate apps for work and personal. Just easier. But really outLook just plain better.
