Outlook.com Imap

Has anyone got outlook.com configured in the mail app? Mine keeps timing out. Did a ping to imap-mail.outlook.com and I get timeouts.

I got this setup and for the most part it works. However deleted and read messages on mac mail do not update my iPhone. If I read a message on the iPhone it does update on mac mail. However it does not work the other way around.

Do I need to set the folders or such??

First, that link is broke. But yes I have followed that and other tutorials on IMAP setup for Outlook.com but the problem still exists.
