I have an Outlook email folder on my PC I would like to view on my iPad. How would/can I do this?

You could try Pst Mail Lite by Arrow Bit SL https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/pst-mail-lite/id417636782?mt=8
Not used it myself but it allows you to open outlook PST files on the iPad. Looks like it copies the whole PST file over so you would require enough storage on the iPad to hold the PST.
