Outlook Exchange and syncing Notes\ and 2 Calendars??

I use an Exchange server at work. Mail on my new Iphone 4s is working fine, but the "notes" from Outlook don't transfer\sync. There must be a simple solution to this I hope!

Also, why 2 Calendars on the Iphone? I noticed that adding events on the phone did not show up on my PC until i switched "default Calendars" I only need 1 calendar-- can i get rid of the extra?? How?

I use exchanage also and the same exact thing happend to me- can't seem to fix it- I now have two calandars ???? help someone
