Outlook Exchange Lack of "Reply To" and "Fowarded" Icons On Workstation Inbox

When I send a message from the iPhone on Outlook Exchange, and I go back to my workstation computer, the sent message will show up in the sent messages there, but in my inbox it will only show that I have read the message. It will not Show the little "replied to" or "forwarded" icons next to the messages as it would, were I to have replied from the Workstation Computer. I get a hundred or so emails per day so when I'm back at my workstation, its hard to remember sometimes which emails I've already replied to or forwarded on, and its a pain in the ass to have to look through sent mail folder to see if I've already taken action or not. Anyone have any suggestions or tips for how to remedy this or how you manage your high volume mail on outlook exchange.
