I have a 3g and I loaded OE6 thru add account-other. Everything went well except that I have several folders on my computer OE that are not listed on my phone. Is there a way to get those folders onto my phone OE? I have looked into Gmail and it looks like I can add them thru there-but I guess i have to do that manually-if at all?

Thanks-
Sherry

Well, you didn't "load OE" on your iPhone. You in all probability configured a POP account on your iPhone, right?

With POP, the server does no "sorting" into folders. The message is either there, or it's not. If it is, it's in your inbox.

What you need to find out, is if your mail server supports IMAP in addition to POP. IMAP allows you to create folders on the server, which it then presents to the client (your desktop or iPhone, for example).

Be warned that Outlook Express does not support IMAP worth a hoot. It's ugly. The iPhone, however, handles it very well.

Gmail is probably your best option.
