Is this Outlook Express for the Mac or the one on the PC?

If its the mac version then the Mail app will import that fine, just do File then select Import Mailboxes

If its on the PC I belive that you can't simply drag and drop, it needs to be opened by Entourage or Eudora or something like that

outlook express

hi
actually I do not have outlook on my g5 - the old outlook email was on an older mac 0s9. I am guessing that I can not put outlook on my g5 to import my files because outlook is only supported by 9 and i do not have 9 on my g5.
thanks

Not to thread jack, but can I set up MS Outlook to get my .Mac mail?

I'm going to get a window's laptop soon.

Do you have MS Office for OS X?

The E-mail App, Entourage should be able to import the messages

I don't know for sure if this works but in theory if you open up OE and then select all the messages you can drag them to the desktop, or a folder, move that to the G5 and then import them to Entourage then into Mail

This is a theory, so I'm not promising anything :D

outlook express

hi there

thanks for the suggestion - but since my outlook was on a different computer - I was not able to do this. I guess the best solution would be to find someone with a computer that may still be using os9 and try from there

thanks
