Foks - increasing text display size only impacts the email you are reading and not the one you are writing. Of course, I can change the font size in the new mail or reply section, but that will appear too large to the receiver which I don't want. Any other way to impact this? I have already set large enough text in the MAC settings Display and all applications including Outlook are working fine except for when writing emails. Thanks

It's a pain to do every time, but you could just hit Command + to enlarge the text of the email you're reading.

By default don’t sizes are size 12. I can’t read the message unless it’s size 16. That’s awfully big to send anything to customers. Try it out and tell me what you think

@etaleb , in Outlook, pretend you’re going to start a new email. In the email editing window, go up to the menu bar and go to Format -> Zoom (bottom of dropdown). You can change viewing font size there without it affecting the actual font size sent to people.

Guys - really appreciate this response - this is super helpful. I wasn't using the right keywords on a google search. This solves a big issue for me. Thanks again !
