Hello, good day I have a a1823 that I just transferred data from my older iPad. Unfortunately my mails are broken at the moment, no matter how many times I delete and re-add my accounts my new e-mails are not showing up. None of the mails since the beginning of July have come in. They do not show up on either Mail app or Outlook however I preferred using Outlook as my preferred IMAP service.

Does anyone know what else I can do to rectify this?

Have you reviewed IMAP settings in the advanced settings in the Password & Acounts / Mail settings?

If the Outlook Account is there I would review the "Mailbox Behaviors" each one to make sure they are set to "On The Server" etc.

Hi I am having the same problem with a a2270. Where can I find advanced settings? Im unfamiliar with these devices and trying to help grandma haha.
