Hi,
I've just subscribed to Microsoft 365, mainly for Outlook and Excel.
I'm using Outlook with my iCloud account and I have multiple aliases. Is there an easy way I can select the required 'from' address when I'm composing a new email?
The only way I've been able to find to do it is to go into Preferences > Accounts and then edit the 'email address' field. There doesn't appear to be any way to do this while I'm composing an email. Because they're all aliases, I only have one account configured in Accounts.
Does AutoArchive exist? This was one of the reasons I wanted Outlook, so I could set up specific archive rules for folders to simply delete emails over a certain date old.
Finally, folders. Despite Outlook saying 'all folders are up to date' in the bottom right, I'm missing the majority of my iCloud folders. They're just not there! Found them, I need to select them under Tools/imap folders and subscribe.
Thanks.
