Does anyone know how to add an email alias to Outlook (latest version) on iPados 14.4. It used to be in the advanced section but that seems to have gone?

Swipe right from the left hand side of the screen in Outlook
settings (gear icon at bottom)
under mail accounts select add mail account

not sure if this is what you’re asking so if not apologies

Hi thanks, but all the mail accounts are configured, just just wanting to add an alias email address.

You may need to do that try the outlook.com site
