Outlook Setup error with iCloud

I have iCloud for Windows running version 10.6.26.0 in Windows 10 1903. When I run the setup I receive the following error. I have Outlook 2010.
Your setup couldn't be started because of an unexpected error (0x80004002)

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error is appreciated.
