Over Clocking?

Is this possible on a Mac Pro? I upgraded my 2.8 ghz to a hex core 3.46 3690 - I've read elsewhere on some PC's people are able to over clock this processor into the mid 4.x ghz range? Is this possible on my MP 5,1?
