No problem here with iOS 13.2 and Overcast. All notifications there.

Yes! All my podcasts are hung up in "waiting to download" status. I reset network connections and that caused them to all download, but that's not very scalable every day. The only workaround I've found is to press play, let them play from streaming for a second, and then they download on the office or home wifi. I've reached out to Overcast and Apple. Neither will address the problem.

Has anyone else found a workaround or fix? The beauty of having them download on wifi is that they're just there and ready to play when you hop in the car. I'd switch to another podcast app at this point, but the 1.5 speed in Overcast really is a game changer.
