How would one go about overclocking an iMac? Mine is 2.4ghz 128mb 2400 XT, and soon to have 4gb ram.

What program is good to use on the mac side? Is it like SMC fan controller so it's also over clocked in windows for gaming?

I'm only asking to play around with it for benchmarking for S and giggles. I enjoy it being near silent except while gaming.

Difficult / impossible. Macs have no BIOS for a start.

Pointless anyway - your Radeon 2400 is the bottleneck in games, not the CPU.

with your ATI you can't play anything... and overclocking is always a big risk. warranty will go off and the heat will be problem too, iMacs doesn't have the best cooling systems... it's possible but you can lose your iMac
