overclocking gpu in MBP

i have looked at lots of tutorials about overclocking the GPU in a MBP, but has anyone here done it, how far have you pushed it, and did it perform much better? Im a casual gamer, but i like to get the most from my machine ( who doesnt).i used to overclock my old dell insprion 8500 and it done very well when overclocked. i want real life testamony though of how it works in the MBP.

I can't give you any experiences with this, but I just wanted to offer up my thought on the subject. Overclocking your Dell desktop is all well and good, but if I were you I wouldn't go trying to overclock a laptop, especially one that ran you 2000+ dollars. Aside from the price, with the desktop you run the risk of frying your graphics card, with the laptop, I would imagine you run the risk of frying your entire computer . I'm no expert on overclockinging, but I hear it can be dangerous. Just wanted to give my two cents.
