Overheating issues on Sonoma?

I have a MacBook Pro M1 and the Sonoma update notification has been sitting there for quite some time now but I’m hesitant to upgrade.

My main concern/question is for people to did the Sonoma upgrade have you been noticing issues like overheating?

No overheating issues. it works just fine

Will Apple still be planning to update Ventura with security updates?

If yes, then I’ll still hang on to Ventura for a while.
