Ok people. Long story short. I would love to block those extremely annoying overlays that make some even more annoying pages popup whenever I surf websites like 123*ovies or f*ovies.

On Chrome I use ublock origin and Poper Blocker, toghether. No ads, no overlays, no popups. Super clean and fast web browsing.

Is this a result that I can realistically achieve on iOS too?

Thank you.

Pop ups require JavaScript to work. If you disable JavaScript in Safari settings, you won’t get pop ups or overlays, but many websites break when JavaScript is disabled.

There is a app called Unobstruct but it was not updated in years. AgGuard and 1blockerX have element picker whick can be used for removing overlays and everything else. Last thing is a Shortcut which was made in JavaScript. I used all of them and I have Shortcut now but I think that AdGuard would be best overall.

So, adblocking on iOS basically sucks due to those OS related restrictions. GG NO RE
