owc mercury extreme pro 3g slow on mac pro 1,1

i have a 60 go mercury extreme pro 3g, and i find it very slow on a my mac pro 1,1? any idea what happens?

Uncached Write 196.40 111.13 MB/sec [256K blocks]

Uncached Read 367.89 184.90 MB/sec [256K blocks]

same here with mercury electra probably is the benchmark utilities we use

i could expect 300 mo/sec when i see the sata 6 SSD

Its Xbench. It tests (i believe) uncompressed data. Use Aja instead. I get 220MB/s write and 260MB/s read on 3G OWC Extreme.
