I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2010. Recently I swapped my hard drive with an SSD one and have had some temperature issues ever since. I even reapplied the thermal paste but did not get the desired result. Finally I came to suspect that SSD speed was all too fast for the CPU which now has to operate faster and of course produce more heat, as a result. I have also noticed through iStat Menus that the CPU P-bus value is constantly fixed around 12.15 V. I wonder if that is normal. Any ideas would be appreciated.
