I'm looking for a running log app. I do NOT want an app that uses the GPS to actually map my runs. (I have an iphone 2G, hence no GPS; plus, I run with a little nike+ sportband to get my time and distance, and if I want music, I add an ipod shuffle. Way less obtrusive than an iphone.) I'm also not looking for an app that includes a million exercises and weight training programs. I just want a running log.
To that end, after scouring 22 pages of health and fitness apps on the app store, "Pace" is the only thing I've found that seems like what I want. There's one review that says that you can't just put in a time and distance, but have to assign every run you do to one of your previously loaded routes. That would sorta be a deal-breaker for me (too many routes, and too many days I don't run a route I've run before), but it's an old review and maybe that has been changed.
Has anyone used this app? What do you think of it?
