Pages ~ Authors

I cannot seem to figure out how to change authors when proofing documents in Pages.

I set my color..add notes, highlights, etc..I would like for another individual to have the ability to add their two cents in a different color while maintaining my notes and note color. Must be a way that I'm just not figuring out..can you help?

Thank you for the link. Before posting my question I did exactly what the link said to do. "Change the author name in General preferences". After doing so, I went to the doc and changed the author color. Once this was done, it changed all of the previous notes colors as well (my notes). What's worse, all of the previous notes were changed to display the new authors name that I changed it to in preferences. It may work if using the cloud but that's just not an option for me.

Bummer it doesn't appear to work (if utilizing the same computer)..kinda' weak if you ask me! Maybe I'm missing something.
