I'm working with some large tables in Pages for iPad and was wondering if it was possible to change the font size of the text.

Apart from re-sizing the table to an extreme size, I can't seem to find a way to reduce the font size so all the text fits in one cell.

Thanks in advance

In pages, top right hand corner there is an i tap and a menu appears to edit the style of the text. If you scroll to the bottom there is an option to edit size of the font

Thanks for that, I just couldn't seem how to find it!

Do you know if there is also a way to select the whole table to change the justification of all the cells, or do you have to do it cell-by-cell?

Thanks again.

I think you can select a cell then drag on the blue balls to highlight the whole table. I'm still trying to find my way around it myself.

The oversimplification and scarcity of functions and almost hidden yet frequently used editing and font options in Pages is a pain in the a$$.

I am disappointed the font size selection only goes to 9pt. I regularly use 8pt fonts. I don't understand why they would limit this.

Different Way to Change Font Size in Pages

Highlight the text you wish to resize. Then in the little text size box highlight the number, type in the text size number you want and hit enter. Hope this helps.
